Again, doors should be balanced on this operator system and should have the ability to be manually lifted in case of emergency or power outage.

Hoist commercial door operators allow for easy manual operation in an emergency situation or power outage. The hoist, H, system is optimal for industrial applications and includes a floor level chain hoist. The door lock hoist/jackshaft, DHJ, is designed for shopping mall applications with heavier rolling doors and grilles. Features on this system include a floor level chain hoist for manual operation in emergency situations and a door lock sensor to prevent damage to the door and operator when attempts are made to open a locked door. The GH, gearhead, system is designed for heavy industrial, high cycle applications. This operator employs lubricated gears and includes a floor level chain hoist.
